Which file formats can I upload?
The online print upload accepts PDF files so layout, fonts and page order stay reliable.
How is the price for my print job calculated?
After upload we analyse page count and colour share and show the price live, including fees and options, before you submit.
When can I pick up my order?
After submission we prepare the print. Pickup time depends on volume – smaller jobs are often ready the same business day.
Do I have to pay online?
Depending on the job you can pay on pickup or online. Available options appear in the upload checkout.
What if my PDF has issues?
We check common problems. For critical errors we contact you so you can fix and re-upload the file.
Is there a minimum order or handling fee?
Below certain page thresholds a handling fee may apply. Café self-service printing is excluded. The upload flow shows this clearly.
Thesis binding instead?
This filename looks like a bachelor’s, master’s or seminar thesis. The standard print upload is for loose copies (flyers, documents). For binding, covers and pickup, please use our thesis binding flow.
