Graphic design
How much does a company logo cost?
Costs depend on the package and context. As part of a commissioned corporate design it’s more than a standalone logo – but then your full company communication is coordinated. We’re happy to calculate a price anytime.
How quickly will I get first drafts?
Usually it depends on current workload. We’ll communicate the timeframe in the briefing. From experience we can estimate this well.
I like my old logo but it’s time for something new. How do we proceed?
Great starting point for us, you and your customers. A logo relaunch can bring fresh air – we carefully decide how far to move from the original. We only remove what’s weak and keep, improve and push what’s best about your logo.
In which formats will my graphics be delivered?
Primarily .eps, .ai, .svg, .pdf, .png and .jpg. If you need something else or special formats for industrial machines, we can usually arrange that too.
Copy shop and print
How long does it take to print and bind my thesis?
Orders are usually processed right away and same-day pickup is often possible. Unexpected issues can happen, so please submit print files at least 24 hours in advance.
Do I get help in the copy shop?
We explain everything you need to get your result. If you want us to stay by your side and support you, we charge a small flat fee.
What paper is used for printing and copying?
Standard is pure white 80 g/m² paper. You can also choose from many higher-quality papers in different tones and weights. Prices vary by thickness and colour.
How can I submit print files?
Please send your files via our print file upload on this website.
Do I need to consider anything when creating files?
Yes – we only print PDF documents. Please provide print files as PDF in the CMYK colour space. If files aren’t set up correctly we can fix them, but then we charge our regular hourly rate of €80.
Web design
How much does a website cost?
It depends on scope. Ideally tell us exactly what you have in mind and what you already have. If graphics, photos and copy are ready, the new site will be much more affordable. Let’s talk – we’ll prepare an individual, non-binding quote.
How long until my new website is ready?
Many factors play a role. If the following are already available, we can finish the site within a few days.
- Domain (registered with DENIC)
- Web space (site host)
- Graphics such as logo in vector formats
- High-quality photos (at least 1,900 px on the longest edge)
- Ad copy for all subpages
- Imprint and privacy policy prepared by your lawyer
What exactly is a host?
The host is the provider that makes your new website reachable for customers. Files and data are stored on the host’s server. Your domain points to that server so customers can visit. MX data (email) and databases live there too. We handle setup and communication with the host for you.
What’s the difference between landing page and website?
Think thumbs and fingers: not every website is a landing page, but every landing page is a website. A landing page is usually a one-pager with no subpages, aimed at a conversion – a purchase or a contact form. A website is larger and more extensive.
